When the full moon’s closest approach to the earth makes it appear larger and brighter than normal this is known as a supermoon. With good weather this week and very few clouds in the sky, you should be able to see it for the next few nights. Tonight(Weds) moonrise is is the eastern sky at 8.22pm. So by 9.30pm the moon should be fairly high in the sky but it is most spectacular when it is just above the horizon.
