As the funding received from the Department of Education and Skills (DES) falls far short of what is required to run and maintain our school we are requesting that parents make a voluntary contribution, as discussed at the recent Annual General Meeting of the Parent Association. This voluntary contribution is administered by the Parent Association on behalf of the Board of Management. Details of contributions are strictly confidential.
This year we are asking parents to make a voluntary contribution of €100 per family. If you are unable to contribute the suggested amount, we would welcome any contribution you could make. Payments may also be made by instalments.
If any parent would like to contribute a larger amount, it is worth noting that the school can claim back tax on contributions of €250 and over. For example with a donation of €250, the school can make a claim and receive an added €112.32. The total benefit to the school will be €362.32.

We would like to thank parents for their generosity last year. This funding is essential to provide educational resources for our pupils and to assist payment for basic school maintenance.
Contributions can be left in the school secretary’s office. Alternatively it can be posted to the school and a receipt will be issued in due course.
