Our 3rd classes just can’t get enough of Irish heritage and history. We are so lucky to be attending school at St. Joseph’s, the city centre is very accessible to us and we can jump on a public bus to visit so many different museums or cathedrals around us.

Third class popped into town again, this time to learn about Viking and medieval Dublin. It was a day of hands-on learning, walking through a Viking street, visiting a Viking house and seeing what life was like on a Viking warship.

So inspired were the boys, that they built Viking ships as a project after their tour. We think that they all turned out wonderfully.
